Planeta Passito di Noto DOC is a vibrant, golden-yellow Sicilian dessert wine made from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes dried for roughly 40 days. It features intense aromas of apricot, papaya, candied citrus, honey, and rose petals, offering a luscious, creamy, yet fresh palate with high acidity, notes of nougat and ginger, and a very long finish.

Nose: Complex and intense, featuring dried apricots, candied citrus peel, orange blossom, mango, honey, and hints of jasmine, ginger, and marzipan.

Taste: Creamy and dense, with significant sweetness balanced by lively, fresh, and slightly savory, saline-tinged acidity.
