1. Loyalty Program Overview
Beeva Coins Club rewards members for their loyalty with a tiered system of benefits and coins accumulation based on spending.

Downgrade by one tier if minimum spend is not maintained. Benefits thereafter will follow the associated tier.
3. coins System
- Earn 1 coin per SGD 1.00 spent on eligible products (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts).
- Coins multiplied by current tier multiplier.

Coins will expire on the last day of the same calendar month, 24-months after they are earned.
For example, coins earned on any date in July 2025 will expire on 31 July 2027. - Entry rewards are one-time coins bonuses granted upon first upgrade to a new tier only.
3.1 Standard coins Crediting Process
- After order delivery, the Buyer will receive a link to confirm receipt and submit a review.
- Upon completion of the review, coins are credited immediately.
- If no acknowledgment or review is submitted, coins will be automatically credited 14-days after delivery.
- After this 14-day window, the order is deemed final, and no refunds will be accepted.
4. Refer-a-Friend (RAF) Program
Share the joy of great wines and spirits with your friends—and get rewarded when they join Beeva.
4.1 Eligibility
- Only General Bee, Queen Bee, and Black Bee members may participate as Referrers.
4.2 How it Works
Step 1: Refer Your Friend
Invite your friend to sign up for a Beeva account.
● Make sure you provide them with the email address you used to register your Beeva account. This is required for us to link the referral to you.
Step 2: Friend Signs Up
Your friend registers for a Beeva account using your shared email address during sign-up.
Step 3: Earn Rewards
Once your friend successfully signs up and starts purchasing, you will receive Beeva Coins as a referral reward.
Important Notes
● Referrals are only valid when your friend enters the referrer’s registered Beeva email address during sign-up.
● Missing or incorrect email entries may result in the referral not being tracked.
Referrers earn bonus coins based on their Referents’ purchases:

- Referred members (Referent) will continue to earn coins and rewards in accordance with the standard membership benefits.
- RAF coins are awarded to the Referrer only after Referent’s coins are credited.
4.3 Tier Changes & RAF Impact
- The RAF coins multiplier, which determines the bonus coins awarded to the Referrer from a Referent’s purchases, is according to the Referrer’s membership tier at the time the referral takes place.
- RAF multipliers for existing Referents do not change if the Referrer’s tier upgrade later.
- RAF multipliers for existing Referents will change if the Referrer’s tier downgrades.
- If the Referrer drops below General Bee (to Soldier Bee or Worker Bee), all RAF benefits stop permanently for existing and future Referents.
Example:
- Member A (General Bee) refers D → “A” earns 0.25x coins on D’s purchases.
- “A” upgrades to Queen Bee and refers E → “A” earns 0.5x on E, 0.25x on D.
- “A” downgrades to Soldier Bee → RAF benefits cease for all “A” referrals.
- If “A” upgrades back to General Bee, RAF remains disabled for previous referrals; new referrals start at General Bee multiplier.
4.4 coins Calculation
- RAF coins = Referent’s purchase value × RAF multiplier, rounded up to nearest whole number.
Example: $123 purchase × 0.25 = 31 coins.
4.5 Restrictions
- No self-referrals or fraudulent activity allowed.
- Abuse will lead to program termination.
5. General Terms
- You must be of legal drinking age in Singapore.
- You must have a registered customer account on www.beeva.com.sg/my-account.
- Customers are automatically enrolled upon creating an account on our website.
- Coins can be redeemed for discounts on purchase, free products, or other rewards listed on the website. Redemption is subject to available coins and availability of rewards.
- Membership and coins are personal and non-transferable.
- Coins , rewards, and vouchers have no cash value.
- Beeva may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
- Coins for cancelled/refunded orders will be deducted.
- Beeva’s decisions on disputes are final.
- By participating in this Programme, you affirm that:
- You are of legal drinking age.
- You understand that the Programme is designed to reward loyalty, not to encourage excessive consumption.
- You agree to promote responsible drinking in all public content related to the Programme.
- Beeva Wine & Spirits Pte Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any system errors or outages that delay coin accrual or redemption.
- Lost or expired coins.
- Unauthorized account access.
