Planeta Etna Bianco is a vibrant, mineral-driven white wine made from 100% Carricante grapes grown on black volcanic sand of the Sciara Nuova site, Sicily. It features aromatic notes of white acacia flowers, fresh almonds, and mountain peaches, with a succulent palate of yellow plum and prickly pear. It offers a sharp, citrus acidity, a distinct saline undertone, and a refined, stony finish.
Nose: Intense, elegant, and complex with notes of white acacia blossoms, fresh almond, and white peach.
