This spirit is carefully matured for a minimum of 18 years in predominantly sherry seasoned European oak casks and released annually, transforming the new make spirit into an exceptional whisky with notes of ginger, dates and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Treacle tart with stem ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas with orange and ground cinnamon.
Taste: Dark chocolate coated ginger with dates and dried apricots, balanced with a hint of oak and vanilla sweetness. Finish is long with dried fruits, ginger and oak.
