Description
Ferdinando Principiano Langhe Bianco is a 100% Timorasso white wine from high-altitude (750m) Piedmont vineyards, characterized by intense minerality, bracing acidity, and a, fresh, savory profile. It offers notes of lime zest, green apple, peach, white flowers, and honey, often displaying a salty, structural, and “nervous” character.
Nose: Intense aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle, lilies), citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), white melon, and subtle hints of anise and apricot.
Taste: The palate is notably high-acid, mineral-driven, and “stony,” featuring green apple, white peach, and a distinct salty, pithy edge.
Pairing: This wine pairs exceptionally well with seafood pasta, fresh cheese, and raw fish dishes.
