This organic, dry wine features notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and white flowers, with high acidity and a fresh, mineral-driven finish. It is aged for five months on lees in steel/barrique.

Nose: A complex bouquet featuring tropical fruits like mango and pineapple, alongside citrus, green apple, and white peach. Subtle herbal notes of sage, thyme, and boxwood are often present, complemented by floral hints like iris or white flowers.
