Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin is a premium 40% ABV Spanish gin from Galicia. Unlike standard grain-based gins, it uses a base spirit distilled from local Albariño grapes. It features 11 botanicals, including six native Galician plants like eucalyptus, lemon verbena, and samphire, delivering a fresh, floral, and maritime flavor.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Completely clear with a distinct, viscous cling to the glass from its wine base.

Nose: Intense floral explosion dominated by white flowers, sweet grapes, hibiscus, and jasmine.

Taste: Smooth and slightly sweet entry. Notes of juicy peach, red berries, and white wine grapes. The finish is Clean, long, and lightly spicy. Lingering notes of ginger, green tea, and subtle juniper.
