Brancaia Toscana Rosé is a certified organic, 100% Merlot, pale salmon-pink wine from Maremma, Tuscany. It is known for being dry, elegant, and fresh, offering aromas of wild berries, raspberries, white flowers, and citrus. It has a light alcohol content (around 12.5% ABV) and a crisp, savory finish.
Nose: Intense, fragrant, with notes of fresh wild berries, redcurrant, peach, white flowers, and hints of herbs.
Taste: Fresh and fruity with a delicate, fine-textured structure. It offers a “light” mouthfeel but with good complexity.
Pairing: Best served at 10-12°C, it pairs exceptionally well with aperitifs, shellfish, seafood, grilled vegetables, poultry, and dishes with light cream sauces or Mediterranean herbs.
