A dark red blackcurrant liqueur crafted from blackcurrants grown near Dijon, Burgundy, France. Widely used in cocktails, it pairs beautifully with sour elements like lemon or lime juice, and works well with white wine, champagne, or dry vermouth. Popular in Japan as CrÈme de Cassis & soda.
