TYPE OF BEER: a cross between the German Kolsch style and the style of the new British Summer Ales. Pale Ale, single hop, top fermented, unpasteurized, bottle conditioned ale

Ambita is a celebration of Italy, comes from the synergy between many national realities to achieve an ambitious and unique project: an 100% Italian supply chain.

Hops, of Monfumo origin and Brewer’s Gold varieties, therefore grow in Treviso. Barley from the province of Venice, bottles from the province of Mantua, labels printed in Verona, the crown cork from Turin and yeast from Treviso complete the sequence.

The “32” beers are: not pasteurised, in other words not heat treated during conditioning. Re-fermented in the bottle, which is what produces the typical yeast sediment on the bottom, the intense aroma and the delicate carbonation. Unfiltered and top-fermented (at a temperature between 15 and 25 degrees)
