1. General Questions
Q1: What is Beeva?
Beeva is an online alcohol store based in Singapore offering a curated selection of wines, spirits, and more — all delivered to your doorstep.
Q2: Do you have a physical store?
Beeva is 100% online. This allows us to offer competitive prices and fast delivery directly to you. Our self-collection location is at our warehouse 43 Keppel Road, #05-01 Singapore 099418. (Nearest MRT – Circle Line Cantonment Station)
Q3: Who can place an order?
Only persons aged 18 and above are legally allowed to purchase alcohol. You may be asked to present a valid photo ID upon delivery.
Q4: Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. We source all our products directly from Brand owners, authorized distributors and trusted importers.
Q5: Why does the product I receive look different from the photo in your website listing?
Product images shown are for reference only. Due to supplier or manufacturer updates, actual product packaging, labeling, or appearance may differ from the images displayed. This does not affect the authenticity or quality of the product. All items sold are guaranteed to be genuine.
Q6: Do you offer corporate or bulk orders for events?
Yes, we do! Please contact us at sales@beeva.com.sg for custom quotes and special arrangements.
Q7: Do you cater to personal events?
Yes, we cater for events like birthdays, anniversary and any special occasion that requires dedicated attention to.
Q8: Are there any other charges I have to pay for the order?
All our products are duty paid, you do not have to pay anything else on top of the price indicated.
2. Orders
Q1: Do I need to register before making a purchase?
Yes. Creating a Beeva account is required before placing an order. Registration allows us to securely process your orders, manage delivery details, and provide you with a smoother and more personalised shopping experience.
Q2: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, GrabPay, PayNow, and PayPal.
Q4: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order is processed, changes may not be possible. If an order is placed after business hours, contact us on the next business day before 10am.
Q5: Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order is required, and for a limited time free delivery applies to all orders.
Q6: Is there a fee for credit card payments?
Credit card transactions are processed through payment gateways such as Stripe, which charge a processing fee. For a limited time we do not charge for credit card payments.
Q7: Can I avoid the credit card fee?
Yes. For a limited time we waived processing fee for credit card payment. You may consider using alternative payment methods such as bank transfers and PayNow.
3. Delivery
Q1: Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only within Singapore (excluding restricted zones like airports, military camps, etc.).
Q2: How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery: 1–2 business days, once order is confirmed.
- Expedite delivery: Currently not available
Q3: What are your delivery hours?
- Monday to Saturday: 12PM to 7PM
During festive period delivery will be extended to 10pm. - Sunday & Public Holidays: No delivery (except during special campaigns)
Q4: Is there a delivery fee?
- Delivery is FREE until further notice.
Q5: Can you deliver at a specific time?
Due to the high volume of deliveries we handle and the need to optimise routes across multiple locations in Singapore, we’re unable to provide an estimated time of delivery or commit to a specific time slot.
Q6: What if no one is home during delivery?
Our delivery partner will contact you with the number provided in your order. If no one is available and they have access to your building, they will leave your order at your doorstep. If you would like to have the order left at your doorstep, kindly indicate in your order.
However, in situations where our courier is unable to access your building and not able to reach you, redelivery will be scheduled at an additional fee.
We kindly ask for your support in coordinating someone to be available at home to receive the order – it’s the best way to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Q7: Do you offer self-collection?
Yes we do. Come visit us at 43 Keppel Road, Unit 05-01, Singapore 099418. Please get confirmation from us prior to coming so that your package can be prepared and ready for you when you arrive.
Q8: Change of delivery or self-collection?
If you are unable to collect your self-collection order, we will arrange delivery. The delivery will take place 1-2 working days from the time that we acknowledge the change.
Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, you are not able to self-collect that order.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q1: Can I return my order?
Due to alcohol regulations, we do not accept returns unless the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Q2: What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Q3: How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.
Q4: Can I return opened bottles?
No. We cannot accept returns for opened or partially consumed items unless there’s a clear defect or safety concern.
